We are looking for excellent organisational ability and strong communication skills. You should be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure.
You should hold an HR -related degree it would be an advantage to understand the Care sector, however, full training will be given.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the management team.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations)
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Carry out induction and support new staff members.
- Deal with employee request regarding HR issues, rules, regulations
- Professionally handle complaints and grievance procedures.
- Support staff with company corporate policies and procedures
Requirement and Skills:
- Proven experience as an HR manager
- Microsoft 365 knowledge
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong communication Skills
- Continuously review HR best practices to improve efficiency.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 depending on experience. Full time position 36 hours per week Monday-Friday.
