Clinical Coordinator (part-time)

We are currently recruiting for a caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, who is interested in working in a growing and progressive organisation. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will contribute to the effective and efficient day to day leadership and management of the service. You will be responsible for care packages under the direction of the Clinical Operations Manager.
With excellent clinical skills, you will be a good team player and have community or complex care nursing experience. You must be NMC registered with a current PIN, and hold a RN adult or RN Learning Disabilities qualification.

You will motivate and lead a team of HCSWs and participate in:

  • Care planning and review
  • Package and risk assessments
  • Communications, including MDT, family and team meetings
  • Staff training, development and support (Including supervision)
  • Appraisal and clinical competency assessments
  • Administration and ensuring that information and reports relating to the service are provided to relevant parties in an accurate and timely manner
  • Medication management
  • Participate in out of hours on-call rota
  • Deputise for Clinical Operations Manager as required

Ideally you will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Sound clinical knowledge, particularly in relation to complex care at home/long term ventilation
  • ITU/HDU experience
  • Consistently High Standards
  • Community experience preferred
  • Experience of training carers advantageous
  • IT Literate

A car and current UK driving licence are essential

Healthcare Support Workers – Lanarkshire

Bespoke Clinical Care delivers complex care and long-term ventilated support with compassion. Providing at-home care to help children and adults lead as independent and fulfilling a life as possible, whilst living with life limiting conditions. 

We are looking for enthusiastic, caring individuals to join our team of healthcare support workers in caring for a Young Person with complex care needs. We have both part-time and full-time positions available, for days and nights.

The ideal candidate will have or be willing to work towards SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. While ventilation and tracheostomy care experience are preferred, it is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Successful applicants will work on an annual rota system.
