Bespoke Clinical Care Ltd was founded September 2015 designed to bring compassion to complex care for clients, when, and where they need it most – in their own homes.
Fundamentally, we believe in improving quality of life. When it comes to providing personalised care in the home, we work with clients, and their families, as well as fellow health professionals, to fully understand people’s needs.

Bespoke Clinical Care provide holistic care to all our clients in conjunction with all members of the clients Multi-Disciplinary Team. Our team have deep rooted links to Health Care Professionals such as Community Children’s Health Community Team at Wishaw General, Home Ventilation Team at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Glasgow, Dieticians, Paediatricians and Physiotherapists.
We provide high quality client centred care to allow home life to flow as you and your family’s needs and as you desire. Bespoke Clinical Care works within the communities of North and South Lanarkshire.
As client centred care is our priority, we aim to allow our clients to maintain as many activities as they are capable of to integrate them into society and to experience exciting activities that children and young adults enjoy. These can include assisting clients to festivals, concerts, social outings such as bowling and roller discos. All activities are tailored towards the clients’ interests, embedding a client centred approach.
Staff and clients alike share many experiences of joy within this unified care approach.
