Bespoke Clinical Care delivers complex care and long-term ventilated support with compassion, providing at-home care to help children and adults lead as independent and fulfilling a life as possible, whilst living with life limiting conditions.
We are looking for caring, enthusiastic individuals to join our team of Healthcare Support Workers in caring for a Young Person with complex care needs, both overnight, at home and during the day; 20, 24,30 or 36 hours per week for days and/or nights.
The ideal candidate will have or be willing to work towards SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. While complex care experience is preferred, it is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Successful applicants will work on an annual rota system
