Bespoke Clinical Care Ltd is an established Specialist Care at Home Company providing an excellent standard of care for adults and children with complex care needs in their own homes.
We are currently recruiting for a caring, enthusiastic, and initiative-taking individual, who is interested in working in a growing and progressive organisation. As a Team Leader, you will contribute to the effective and efficient day to day leadership of the service. You will be responsible for managing care packages under the direction of the Clinical Operations Manager.
Excellent Clinical skills and Ventilation and Tracheostomy experience are essential. You are required to work on shift as a team member to support and improve standards of care delivery. Community and/or complex care nursing experience is essential.
It would be an advantage to have experience of working with Adults with additional support needs. You must be NMC registered with a current PIN and hold a RN adult or RN Learning Disabilities qualification.
Car driver essential.
Salary:
Equivalent to Band 5, depending on experience.
Contracted Hours 37.5 hours per week.
